The company has shortlisted four agencies to vie for the business, with a pitch process due to take place over the next few weeks.
An appointment is expected to be made before the end of March, and the successful agency will be responsible for handling the advertising for all of Homeform’s brands, which also includes Kitchens Direct and Sharps Bedrooms.
Mark Collier, the group marketing director of HomeForm, is understood to be overseeing the pitch.
DLKW Lowe, the previous incumbent on the account, had been invited to take part in the process, but the agency has opted against re-pitching for the business.
The agency had worked with HomeForm since October 2007, after winning the account following a pitch against the previous incumbent BCMB.
It then successfully retained the account following a review in January 2009, beating DCH, Team Saatchi, Kindred and Logan Tod & Co, in a pitch handled by the AAR.
Last year DLKW Lowe introduced a new TV ad campaign for Moben that aimed to promote the brand’s ability to tailor a kitchen to each customer’s individual needs.
MediaCom North is the incumbent on HomeForm’s media planning and buying account. The agency won the business form Brilliant Media in April 2008.
