THE PITCH 

The Royal Society, a fellowship of many of the world's most distinguished scientists, converted its existing library into a new space for events. It opened in September.

Space to hire - The Library Room, overlooking The Mall, caters for between 50 and 100 guests. It joins the 12 existing rooms at the venue, catering for ten to 300.

The Grade I-listed venue has one of the most prestigious addresses in London: 6-9 Carlton Terrace.
