The celebrity ads will target different audiences for each game.
Mirren will promote 'Wii-Fit Plus' and Sir Terry Wogan will show how he can keep his mind active with 'Brain Training' on the Nintendo DS, in a push to encourage potential senior consumers.
JLS will front the ad for the new 'Wii Party game', which offers more than 80 different mini-games for up to four players and launches on 8 October.
Footballer Jamie Redknapp and wife Louise will promote 'New Super Mario Bros', the latest game in the 25-year-old series.
The first ad featuring JLS will break tonight (Monday 4 October) at 6.45pm during 'Hollyoaks' on Channel 4. Nintendo's ad agency Karmarama created the series of ads, while MEC planned and bought the media. The remaining ads will be staggered between today and the end of the year.
Jedward, otherwise known as John and Edward Grimes, the Irish twins who soared to fame on 'The X Factor, will 'Dragon Quest 1X: Sentinels of Starry Skies', the newly launched Japanese game.
The campaign is supported by experiential and out of home activity and follows Karmarama's recent spot . The ad broke last month during 'Coronation Street' and featured a range of celebrities, including Ant and Dec and Jonathan Ross, who were filmed reminiscing about their Mario memories.

Nintendo's competitors include the Microsoft Xbox and Sony PlayStation 3. One-in-three UK households have bought a Wii console.
