Set to the original Bond music, the "waiter" spot, created by StrawberryFrog, follows Vesper Lynd entering the Hotel Splendide to rendezvous with Bond in his room.
In 'Casino Royale', Vesper is sent by M to keep a watchful eye on Bond. In the Heineken ad, Vesper's mission continues. As she strides across the lobby, she observes some suspicious activity. A waiter is spotted carrying a Heineken on a tray, so Vesper follows him to the lift.
They travel up together and as they reach the floor, the screen goes black, and it appears that Vesper has knocked the waiter out to get the Heineken.
Later, she walks into Bond's room who shouts from the bathroom: "Have you seen room service? I ordered you a Heineken."
The campaign features "waiter" for TV, cinema and . Additionally, Eva Green features in print and outdoor advertising and consumer competitions to win James Bond prizes.
Heineken is the first product to shoot its ad using the actual Bond film set, and it is the only time that Bond actors feature in a brand advertising campaign linked to 'Casino Royale'.
Peter van Campen, director of group commerce at Heineken International, said: "Through experiencing the world of Bond, both on and off screen, Heineken connects with its urban young adult consumers worldwide and drives desirability and demand for the brand."
Christopher Carroll, Heineken's global marketing manager, said: "This campaign is truly original. Heineken worked closely with the director Stephen Gaghan and the 'Casino Royale' make-up artists, stylists, costume department and production, to ensure the campaign remained true and authentic to the 'Casino Royale' film and the world of James Bond."
The ad runs from this week until February 2007, while the film, starring Daniel Craig as Bond, has its worldwide premiere in London on November 14.
