Haymarket unveils World Business

Haymarket Publishing is launching a monthly magazine, World Business, aimed at a senior, international business readership.

The title is being launched in partnership with the Fontainebleau- and Singapore-based business school Insead. It will have an initial circulation of 100,000. Of these readers, 20,000 will be alumni of Insead's MBA and development programmes, whose subscriptions will be paid by Insead.

Gillian Cribbs, the former editor of European Business Forum, will edit the title. She will be based in Haymarket's London offices, but will have a network of reporters around the world. The magazine's advertising director will be Diana Henderson.

The title will cover international management thinking, written by academics, business people and journalists, as well as business travel and personal development issues.

World Business will sit in Haymarket's Management Publications division, alongside titles including ±±¾©Èü³µpk10 and Management Today. It will come under the remit of Rufus Olins, the managing director of this division.

Olins said: "World Business will command attention, offer a fresh perspective on global business and economic issues and be a good complement to Management Today."
