The creation of Haymarket Land Events follows a deal between Haymarket Exhibitions and the Royal Agricultural Society of England (RASE).
The deal will see Haymarket Land Events manage Stoneleigh Park's annual Royal Show along with four other RASE events held at the Midlands venue.
The organiser will also manage Cereals 2004 on behalf of RASE, which takes place on a different farm each year.
This year's event incorporating Sprays & Sprayers takes place from 16-17 June at Heath Farm, Lincolnshire.
Haymarket commercial director Dominque Loral, who joined at the start of the year (Event, Nov/Dec 2004), heads the new division. She has denied she is after the contract to run The Royal Smithfield Show at Earls Court, which is held by Clarion Events until 2007.
Speculation on the subject is rife after RASE, the Agricultural Engineers Association (AEA) and the Royal Smithfield Club (RSC) agreed to work together on agricultural events.
Loral said: "The associations had to start working more closely as the calendar is very busy and they needed more order but their agreement is quite separate to the one between RASE and us."
Haymarket Exhibitions marketing director Simon Clarkson said: "We're proud to be involved with the Royal Show and the RASE portfolio of events."
