The publisher of 北京赛车pk10, PR Week and FourFourTwo will move to Bridge House, a four-storey office with 34,000 sq ft of space in London Road. The company has also acquired additional space at nearby Premier House.
Haymarket’s car and motorsport photo agency, LAT Photographic, will relocate to Vector Park in Feltham. The 9,000 sq ft space will also serve as a satellite office for the company’s automotive content team to enhance its market-leading car review content.
Haymarket agreed the sale of Teddington Studios earlier this year. The proceeds were used to reduce the company’s debt and to help it focus on investment in new products and platforms.
Haymarket Media Group's chief executive, Kevin Costello, said: "Our relocation to Twickenham represents an exciting new chapter for our UK business.
"Following the sale of Teddington Studios, we are primed for investment and the relocation to new premises has given us the opportunity to create a new working environment, better suited to the requirements of a modern day media company.
"Haymarket has a proud history in the borough of Richmond and we have exciting plans for the future, including an innovative new tech hub on the Richmond Education and Enterprise Campus."
Haymarket has a total of 13 offices worldwide. Last year, the company opened its first central London office on Berners Street, in the heart of the West End. Haymarket has been headquartered at Teddington Studios for the last 10 years.
The company is also a founding partner of the Richmond Education and Enterprise Campus, a proposed college of further education working in partnership with local employers.
Plans for the college, which have been submitted to Richmond Council for planning approval, include a state-of-the-art "tech hub," comprising digital labs, photographic studios and a media incubator that will see Haymarket provide seed funding investment to bright young entrepreneurs and startups.
Dr Tania Mathias, the MP for Twickenham, said: "Haymarket's relocation accentuates that central Twickenham is changing for the better. As the area regenerates, I believe Haymarket will be a magnet for digital businesses.
"The development of the Richmond Education and Enterprise Campus is also incredibly positive: by reaching out and sharing their expertise, businesses like Haymarket will strengthen our community."
