Summary of the year so far: "It has been an immense six months for UM London. Russell Place took the helm as Managing Director in early 2013, and swiftly promoted from within the agency to create a new Management Team. UM believes in delivering competitive advantage for its clients through challenger behaviour in media. It has translated this philosophy into award-winning work for its clients at every major awards ceremony of 2013 to date, including a Silver Lion at Cannes for Royal Mail Olympic Stamps. The agency has also won an impressive amount of new business, such as Fuller’s, Zurich, Party Poker, and the new Mizkan portfolio, which includes Branston. In addition to winning fresh assignments, UM is delivering a wider array of diversified Mediabrands services (such as analytics) to many of its clients. Finally, 2013 client reviews and staff surveys have resulted in the highest ever satisfaction scores. "
