Following last year's acquisition of Barnett's Taxi Advertising, More Group UK has snapped up Taxi Media in a move that will create the largest taxi advertising company in the UK.
Andrew Barnett will head up the new company, with Lloyd Keisner taking the role of sales director. The combined business will be based in Taxi Media's Kennington premises.
Barnett said: "I am delighted that Barnett's are joining forces with Taxi Media to consolidate the UK taxi market. Our clients and suppliers will benefit from great servicing and even better delivery from a larger operation."
