At InBev, which was formerly known as Interbrew, Fowden is responsible for Western, Central and Eastern Europe with €5bn (£3.47bn) turnover, and 27,000 employees across 17 countries.
Fowden previously held the position of chief operating officer of Interbrew's worldwide business when he joined the company in 2001. Prior to this, he worked in senior executive positions within Mars, Pepsi Cola International, Bass and the Rank Group.

Trader Media Group owns around 70 titles, specialising in the automotive industry. It was created in 2000 following the merger of GMG Autotrader with Hurst Publishing, at that time owned by BC Partners.
In October 2003, GMG acquired the total Trader Media Group business, valued at £1.1bn.
