GT hires Whiteley and Robinson

GT has appointed Steve Whiteley and Olly Robinson, the former Agency.com creative director and head of creative respectively, as associate creative directors.

The pair, who will report to Marc Giusti, the agency's creative partner, will work on a range of clients as well as being lead creatives on the agency's Audi business.

Giusti said: "Olly and Steve can produce great ideas on any platform, making them exactly the sort of talent that understands what our clients want."

Whiteley added: "It really feels like the agency is on the verge of doing great things and great work, and we're looking forward to helping them reach their goals."

The pair first teamed up at D'Arcy before joining itraffic. When itraffic was merged with Agency.com in 2004, Whiteley and Robinson became creative directors, and in August 2006, Robinson was promoted to head of creative.

The pair won ±±¾©Èü³µpk10 Digital gold in 2005 for the "someone to turn to" campaign for the NSPCC.
