Grey and MullenLowe win silver Lions for Print and Publishing

Four UK agencies were among the winners of the Print and Publishing Lions category at Cannes tonight.

While no British shops manage to win the Grand Prix or Gold Lions, four agencies picked up two silver Lions and seven bronze Lions between them. 

The Grand Prix was won by Y&R NZ Auckland, which created the "McWhopper" campaign for Burger King. 

Grey London was the most decorated UK agency for Print and Publishing, with six Lions in total. It won two Bronze Lion ±±¾©Èü³µpk10 awards for Tate Britain’s "BP displays at Tate Britain".

The WPP shop also won four Lions for separate executions in its "500 years of stories" campaign it created for Tate Britain: a Silver Lion (entertainment and leisure) for "Selfie"; a bronze Lion (entertainment and leisure) for "Bed"; a bronze Lion (copywriting) for "War"; and a bronze Lion (copywriting) for "Gay".

MullenLowe London was the only other UK agency to win silver, with a silver Lion campaign for Persil’s "Free the kids". 

J Walter Thompson London won a Bronze Lion campaign for Listerine Cool Mint for Johnson & Johnson.

And Adam & Eve/DDB won a bronze Lion ±±¾©Èü³µpk10 for its "Birmingham recruitment" work for Harvey Nichols.
