Green and Flintham to lead Fallon London

LONDON - Fallon London has promoted founding partners, Laurence Green and Richard Flintham, to overall leadership of the agency, with Green assuming the role of chairman.

The appointments come in the wake of Robert Senior's move to head up the SSF Group, the new alliance between Fallon and Saatchi & Saatchi, as UK chief executive.

A revamped partner management group comprising Karina Wilsher, Mark Sinnock, Juan Cabral, Magnus Djaba and Chris Willingham will now assume the day to day running of the agency.

Wilsher, Fallon's managing director, will expand her responsibilities within both client and operational areas.

In the new position of chief strategy officer, Sinnock will continue to lead strategic direction across the client base and for the Fallon London agency brand itself.

Cabral will lead the creative direction of the agency, as creative partner, while Chris Willingham assumes the role of client director, with ultimate responsibility for the agency's client relationships.

Djaba will head the development and diversification of Fallon's creative output, as director of development.

Beyond the partner group, further senior level changes include the promotion of Chris Kay, currently group account director, to head of account management.

Green said: "We're keeping the agency moving and giving headroom to the people who've earned it."
