Grazia takes on old guard in PPA awards

Fashion weekly Grazia is to go head to head with long-established glossy monthlies Vogue and Harper's Bazaar in this year's PPA magazine awards.

Psychologies, Radio Times and Heat are also in the running for the consumer magazine title of the year, won last year by Good Housekeeping.

Despite having no nominations for magazine of the year, IPC dominates the consumer magazine publisher category, with Fiona Dent, Jo Smalley and Sandy Gale, publishers of Wallpaper, Nuts and Pick Me Up respectively, competing with publishers from NatMags, Emap and BBC Magazines.
