Grazia to sponsor London's fashion event

Emap's fashion weekly Grazia has taken over from the Evening Standard as the headline sponsor for this year's London Fashion Weekend.

The event follows London Fashion Week and runs from 27 September to 1 October at the Natural History Museum.

It opens with an exclusive shopping evening for Grazia readers in aid of Fashion Targets Breast Cancer UK, in which £5.50 of every £15 ticket is donated to the charity.

The move came as Grazia grew its ABC circulation figures by 2.6% to 175,218 for January to June.

"Fashion sits at our core and readers and advertisers are continuing to turn in ever increasing numbers to Grazia as their style bible," said David Davies, MD of the weekly glossy.

Grazia's roster of premium brand advertisers includes Prada, Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, Chanel and L'Oreal.

The Evening Standard remains as one of the sponsors of London Fashion Week.
