Grand Marnier is using a circus performance to encourage people to 'live grand'

"A tale of alchemy" will be a performance created by the Chivaree Circus Company with costumes created by English. The choreography will take guests through a story of cocktail making.

The event at the Mandrake Hotel in London on 18 and 19 July is part of a series of activations delivered by agency Produce UK called "The grand experiences" where the brand will blend art and mixology to encourage people to "live grand".

English said: "I wanted to create an audience-activated experience aiming to amplify, emphasise and expand the alchemy of producing a cocktail.

"This often mesmerising experience, I have always felt holds magic at its key, the anticipation and excitement of watching the components performatively come together to their climatic, final, beautiful end is always fascinating."
