The government is not permitted to run ads, such as its Change4Life campaign, or appoint new agencies in the months before the general election, but ±±¾©Èü³µpk10 understands that it wants a shop to handle activity for unforeseen emergencies.

The government ad roster comprises: Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO; DLKW Lowe; Engine; Enter; Inferno; Kindred; M&C Saatchi; McCann London; Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R; and Ogilvy & Mather Group.

In November last year, the CCS extended the contracts for agencies on the roster by another year until 30 April 2016.

Last week, the London boroughs appointed Enter, Manning Gottlieb OMD and Carat to handle the first HIV awareness campaign for the capital. The CCS issued a brief in September.

The CCS did not respond to requests for comment.
