Chick Trott Smith, DLKW and VCCP will pitch for the business. The process will be handled by the COI.

The winning agency will lead creative development for a national campaign to raise awareness amongst workers that they have a number of specific employment rights enforced by the Government, and help with getting workers their entitlements. It will run across a range of media channels.

As part of the strategy, a single helpline will be launched in May 2009 which will merge three of the existing five employment rights helplines into one.

The helpline will also offer advice to those people concerned they are being forced to work more than 48 hours a week, as well as employment advice to those who work for 'gangmasters'.
