Government hunts agency to quell tuition fee anger

COI is holding the review and has begun approaching its roster agencies.

The winning agency will be responsible for creating press, radio and online work targeting students, parents and teachers to explain the new tuition fee structure, which was approved by the Government amid the most serious public disorder since the poll tax riots.

The campaign will also aim to clarify that not every student will be forced to pay the full £9,000 per year.

The Government won the tuition fee debate in December, resulting in many universities announcing that they plan to trebles their fees
