Including the ratings for Channel 4+1, last night's show, which starred former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell and Ramsay's sidekick Janet Street-Porter, brought in 2.8m viewers and a 12.3% share.
Channel 4's schedule put in a strong performance right across the evening, with health and beauty show 'How to Look Good Naked' netting 2.2m viewers and a 10.7% share at 8pm-9pm. Including Channel 4+1, the Gok Wan-fronted programme pulled in 2.4m viewers and an 11.7% share.
The primetime slot was won by BBC One's popular crime drama 'Waking the Dead', with 6.1m viewers and a 26.5% share at 9pm-10pm.
ITV1 had the second most-watched show in this slot, with a documentary about the Duke of Edinburgh called 'The Duke: A Portrait of Prince Philip', earning 4m viewers and a 17.5% share.
Five's US import 'CSI: Crime Scene Investigation', had 2m viewers and an 8.8% share in the same slot.
Elsewhere, BBC One's 'Madonna R1 Big Weekend', featuring highlights from Madonna's headlining performance at Radio 1's Big Weekend in Maidstone, Kent on Sunday, got 2m viewers and a 14.7% share at 10.35pm-11.15pm.
A Channel 4 documentary called 'The World's Tallest Woman and Me' drew 2.1m viewers and a 12.7% share at 10-11.05pm, just above the 1.9m slot average. The audience increased to 2.3m viewers and a 13.9% share including Channel 4+1 ratings.
