Motorola will integrate a Google icon onto select mobile phones allowing users to connect directly at a click of a button.
Although already appearing on T-Mobile's homepage, this is the first time that Google, whose shares soared to a high of $448 last week, has signed an exclusive agreement with a handset maker.
Nikesh Arora, vice president of Google's European operations, said: "Access to information is imperative for people on the go. With immediate access to Google, millions of Motorola users worldwide will quickly be able to find information important to them."
Reports suggest that Google internet-optimised handsets will be available in the first quarter of 2006.
