The full shortlist for the Revolution Awards 2003, which is being held in association with Yahoo! UK and Ireland, features a diverse list of brands and businesses, ranging from the COI to Vodafone, and can be found at .
Seven interactive agencies have been shortlisted for the prestigious Agency of the Year Award, which i-level has won for two years running. They are: Good Technology, i-level, OMD Digital, Profero, Universal McCann Interactive, Wheel:, and Zentropy Partners.
Businesses and campaigns are competing in 14 main categories, from Best Online Advertising to Agency of the Year, to win an award at the ceremony, which takes place on March 21 at Le Meridien Grosvenor House, London.
In addition to the winners of the categories listed below, the winners of two special awards will be announced on the night. These are the Revolution Award for the best overall entry, last year picked up by MTV UK, and the Yahoo! UK & Ireland Digital Person of the Year, which will recognise the individual who has done the most to demonstrate the effectiveness of doing business using interactive media over the past year.
The 12 main awards categories are: Best online advertising, sponsored by AdLINK; Best integrated marketing campaign, sponsored by Bluestreak; Best consumer marketing; Best online retailer; Best business-to-business service; Most innovative online business, sponsored by weboptimiser; Best brand-building by an online business; Best customer service, sponsored by eDigital Research; Best online property from a media owner; Best use of interactive TV; Best start-up; Best interactive service on wireless networks, sponsored by Intel; Best use of email, sponsored by CheetahMail; and Agency of the Year.
