The privately-owned marketing group, which has media houses in Cardiff and Birmingham, already handles the creative account for Meat Promotion Wales, which is responsible for the national development, promotion and marketing of Welsh lamb and beef.
Meat Promotion Wales will spend £750,000 on media this autumn on TV, plus consumer and trade press.
Other agencies involved in the pitch process were McCann Erickson, Matters Media, Total Media, The Media Shop and Thomas Media.
