GM Mediaworks’ director quits for top MindShare job

Marc Goldstein, the executive vice-president and managing director of GM Mediaworks, the Interpublic Group of Companies media shop which handles General Motors’ media buying, is leaving to join MindShare.

LONDON (Brand Republic) - Marc Goldstein, the executive vice-president and managing director of GM Mediaworks, the Interpublic Group of Companies media shop which handles General Motors’ media buying, is leaving to join MindShare.

Goldstein is quitting after seven years at the company to take up the post of president of national broadcasting and programming at MindShare.

Goldstein was responsible for an estimated $1bn national broadcast and minority media buying, according to US reports. General Motors is the US’s biggest buyer of network TV ad time.
