The pop-up is located within the Grimaldi Forum, along the coast on Princess Grace Avenue.
Each item available has been branded accordingly with Pantone’s colour system. An éclair comes in 19-1625 Decadent Chocolate, while a peach ice tea has been wrapped in 14-1227.
The menu also includes spirits, beer, granitas, cold pressed juices and croissants.
The Pantone Café was launched by the Monaco Restaurant Group. It is open throughout the summer from 10am-8pm, with a later opening on Thursdays.
