"Special needs" aren’t special—they’re common human needs that everyone shares, says a new celebrity-fueled ad for CoorDown, the Italian advocacy group for people with Down syndrome. The 2-minute spot from Publicis New York debuted Wednesday, ahead of World Down Syndrome Day on March 21. It stars Lauren Potter of "Glee" and John McGinley, who played the imaginatively insulting Dr. Cox on "Scrubs" and the Michael Bolton-loving consultant from "Office Space."
