The temporary experience, housed in a converted two-storey building in Beak Street, opened today and runs until Friday (13 July).
Both trade and consumer visitors will be invited to pick their own strawberries daily from 12pm – 8pm before enjoying a Bloom gin and tonic with strawberries.
The campaign is being produced in partnership with communications agency LDR London. It will be rolled out nationally as well as to key global markets next year.
Frederik Kampman, international brands development manager at G&J Greenall, said: "The gin and tonic is, and will always be, the classic serve but with the flavour profile of Bloom London Dry Gin we have a unique opportunity to offer a very British twist.
"The serve with strawberries, first created by the bartending community in Madrid, not only complements the unique flavour profile and botanicals of Bloom London Dry Gin but also represents the country idyll and inspiration behind the brand’s recipe."
