The half-hour weekly shows, hosted by Newcastle United legend Malcolm MacDonald, are to be called 'Supermac's Dream Team'.
The series will feature MacDonald creating his own dream team over the weeks through conversations with football champions from the past.
The shows launch next Wednesday, March 12, and are independently produced by Campbell Davison Media.
Gillette's creative will link into its "Champions" campaign, involving Thierry Henry, Tiger Woods and Roger Federer.
Henrietta Prosser, GMG Radio's head of national S&P, said: "The Gillette brand and its current campaign fit perfectly with our Real and Century brands.
"I have no doubt the partnership will create a great synergy and is a fine example of how we can create compelling programming with our commercial partners".
It is the first major deal for GMG's new in-house sponsorship and promotions team. The deal was brokered by Starcom, with assistance from GCap Media.
