
In the newly created role, Cole will sell native creative solutions across Haymarket's automotive brands What Car? and Autocar.
At DMG Media, Coles managed the automotive sector across the publisher’s full portfolio including The Daily Mail, The Mail on Sunday, Mail Online and Metro. She joined the company in December 2013.
Prior to this she was at Guardian Media Group from 2001 where she began as a sponsorship manager. She was appointed as motors development manager at Guardian News and Media in April 2002, and eight years later was named a client account manager.
Coles said: "This feels like a natural progression in my career and further underlines my commitment to the automotive industry.
"I look forward to complementing a really strong existing team and building on Haymarket’s solid reputation for developing truly integrated and inspirational content for their clients and audiences."
She joins Haymarket on 24 June and will report to Rachael Prasher, the brand director of What Car? and Autocar.
