GCap hires Fuller to head up sales team branding overhaul

LONDON – GCap Media's sales team is preparing to overhaul the way it presents itself to clients and agencies, and has hired Stephen Fuller, a former head of consumer insight at Viacom Outdoor, to lead the changes.

Fuller has been appointed as commercial group head, responsible for the RSVP cross-media sales alliance with Viacom and IPC. He will also oversee GCap's trade-facing brands, its strategic sales division, which works on long-term projects, and marketing support for GCap's sales team.

He set to join in five weeks to enact the new strategy, which will be announced shortly, according to Simon Daglish, national sales and trade marketing director at GCap.

Fuller left Viacom Outdoor, where he was head of consumer insight, last year and is currently on a contract at OMD, working on its Vodafone account.

His 13 years' media experience includes time running his own design business producing presentations for media owners including FHM and the BBC, and as a board director at MediaVest working on MasterFoods, Mars and Associated Newspapers.
