Organisers plan to make this year’s event the "ultimate celebration of Argentina’s sporting and cultural heritage" and have also added a wine tasting lounge run by experts from Wines of Argentina.
The band will open the show and play throughout the two tournaments between Scotland and Ireland, and England and Argentina.
Martin Williams, operations director of Gaucho UK, said: "This year we have created what promises to be an amazing Gaucho Polo Party… I hope that it will grow to rival the success of the former HPA Cartier International Polo."
