Mulligan said: "I want to use my background in designing events, research and education within the events industry to support organisations. In particular I think more can be done to better evaluate, design and measure the impact of experiences and I hope to continue my research and consultancy work with many of the fantastic researchers I have worked with over the last ten years."
Mulligan will continue to volunteer as VP Education for MPI UK & Ireland, a network for meeting professionals.
