The package would include hourly sponsorship credits, sponsorship of the station's launch and sponsorship credits on DAB DLS text crawler. Options include promotional activity within station editorial, associated marketing activity in each Galaxy Digital region and sponsorship of specific editorial features.
Due to launch in mid-September, Galaxy Digital will be available without an analogue sister station in London, Leicester, Nottingham and Central Scotland. It will feature mainly R&B and dance usic.
Dominic Smales, agency group head at Chrysalis, said the radio company is looking for a sponsor that will reflect Galaxy's core values of being "The Leading Edge of Mainstream".
He added: "It will be a forward thinking contemporary brand with a intimate understanding of its consumers."
Nearly 70% of Galaxy's listeners are in the 15 to 34 age group.
Richard Brinkman, non spot sales director at Chrysalis Radio, said: "The Galaxy listener is young, vibrant and switched on."
Galaxy follows in the footsteps of GCap Media's digital youth station, Core, which has signed an exclusive partnership deal with Orange, handing over sole advertising rights.
