FutureBrand provides identity for Race for Change sailing initiative

LONDON - FutureBrand has designed the identity for Race for Change, an initiative to inspire action on climate change while simultaneously highlighting the UK sailing team, Teamorigin, in its bid to win the America's Cup.

The Carbon Trust, the carbon reduction expert, has signed up to the team as environmental partner.

Teamorigin was founded in 2007 by Sir Keith Mills, deputy chairman of the organising committee for the London Olympic Games, who has spent the past six months developing a strategy to promote both his sport and the urgency of climate change.

Shane Greeves, global executive creative director at Futurebrand, said: "We've been working on the Race for Change brand to create both an identity, and new, innovative materials, to reflect the environmental credentials and the inspiring nature of this project.

"The identity will help raise awareness and tell the Race for Change story".
