The £4.99 magazine, edited by Chris George, will be dedicated to Nikon photography and will launch on 24 November with an initial print run of 40,000.
As it is not an official Nikon title, there are no restrictions on which brands can advertise in the magazine.
N-Photo will contain images, reviews and advice tailored to Nikon products, and each issue will also have a coverdisc with video tutorials.
The title will sit in Future's digital creative portfolio alongside Canon-specific title PhotoPlus and photography title Digital Camera.
Matthew Pierce, group publisher of Future's digital creative portfolio, said: "Future has a peerless understanding of this sector, and a proven track record of success. Digital Camera is the UK's best-selling newsstand photography magazine, and PhotoPlus has underlined how readers love the specialist focus of a manufacturer-specific title.
"Nikon continues to enjoy impressive growth and has a very large, loyal following. Launching a Nikon-specific title now makes perfect sense, and N-Photo's editorial package offers Nikon users a truly unique, tailor-made experience."
N-Photo digital editions will also launch on Zinio and Apple's Newsstand next month, priced at £4.99 an issue.
The new launch follows the closure last month of Redline magazine and the sale of three titles this week, as part of Future’s restructuring of its print operations.
Yesterday, it emerged that Future had sold three titles – Hi-Fi Choice, What Satellite & Digital TV and Home Cinema Choice – to specialist publisher MyHobbyStore.
Four other Future titles –DVD & Blu-Ray Review, London Tech Guides & Bookazines; Photoshop Focus Guides, and Nitro – remain at risk of closure.
