Future poaches Morrison

Future Network has poached Colin Morrison from German publisher Axel Springer to become its first deputy chief executive officer in the New Year.

Morrison, 49, will be responsible for international development and licensing, reporting directly to group chief executive Greg Ingham.

He is currently chief executive of Axel Springer's international operations. His career includes stints at Emap Business Communications, Reed Business Information and Australia's Consolidated Press.
