Comar joined Freeman in EMEA in September 2014 as graphics director and has been instrumental in developing the graphics department during his time. In his new role, Comar will work with outgoing director of operations, David Pilinski, until the end of the year.

Brackenbury-Peace (pictured below) has eight years’ experience in talent development and was most recently employed as learning and development project manager at Whitbread Restaurants, which owns brands such as Premier Inn and Costa.

Her newly created role as talent development advisor will involve identifying and implementing strategic learning initiatives to support talent development and business growth across the business, and developing partnerships with colleges and universities in the regions where Freeman has offices.

Comar said: "In my role as director of operations I’ll be working with departments across the business to drive efficiencies and ensure we are agile and adaptable to ever-changing market dynamics and leading the industry with innovative solutions that exceed our clients’ expectations."

Brackenbury-Peace added: "I look forward to working alongside the talent and HR teams both in EMEA and the US to leverage my experience and implement various new processes and partnerships across the business."

Anthony Floreano, managing director of Freeman in EMEA, said: "These are both very important appointments for the EMEA business, as Freeman looks to cement its position as the premium provider of brand experiences in the region, and establish itself as the number one place for attracting and growing talent in our industry.

"David Pilinski will continue to support our focus on operational excellence and customer service as a member of the executive team through to June 2017, when he and his family return to the US to continue his Freeman journey. I’d like to thank David for his incredible dedication to the Freeman brand in the EMEA region during his time as director of operations."
