The presenter, who has raised his profile massively in recent years after stints on ITV1鈥檚 pop star reality shows, joins the station from 12 September in its latest battle against the likes of Heart and Capital in London.
The move is the latest listener ratings offensive by Magic, following the launch of its celeb-based Indulgence and My Magic Music shows.
Current host of the breakfast show, Graham Dene, will move to the new position of presenting Magic鈥檚 drivetime show.

Earlier this week Magic announced the resumption of the station鈥檚 TV advertising campaign after a 12-month absence.
The new promo will feature on ITV, Channel 4 and Five and has cost around 拢1m.

Foxy joins Magic as new breakfast show presenter
Neil Fox, the former-drivetime presenter for Capital Radio in London, has joined rival station Magic 105.4 to take over the reins of its breakfast show.
