FourFourTwo signed to sponsor Football League Awards

LONDON - The Football League is looking for sponsors of its 2007 awards night as FourFourTwo magazine has re-signed to support the event for another year.

Next year's Football League Awards will take place on March 4 at London's Grosvenor House Hotel to recognise excellence among clubs, players and fans.

Eighteen awards will be up for grabs on the night including: Goal of the Year; Best Community Initiative; Best Club Sponsorship; Best Club Marketing ±±¾©Èü³µpk10; Best Matchday Programme; Best Use of Media Kit; Best Kit Design; Fan of the Year; and a range of sponsorship opportunities are still available for companies wishing to be part of the event.

The awards ceremony also coincides with the unveiling of the league's top 50 players.

Stewart Thomson, commercial director of the Football League, said: "The 2006 Football League Awards were a huge success, and we have received positive feedback from fans, players, clubs, the media and sponsors.

"We aim to build on this position by delivering a memorable night on March 4 by once again honouring those who have made outstanding contributions to the Football League."
