Four new London bars for hire

Venues that deliver music performances, serve up drinks that change in price depending on their popularity and a rooftop space are among London's new bar offerings.

Aqua Nueva

Aqua Nueva, part of the Aqua restaurant group, has recently been refurbished. It includes two outdoor roof terraces as well as bar and restaurant areas. The space can host up to 400 people in its indoor area, meanwhile its terrace section can cater to 120.

Spanish cuisine is the focus, including a tapas menu at the bar, meanwhile the cocktail offering is similarly Spanish-inspired.

The Piano Works

This recently opened Victorian-listed warehouse space includes a bar and restaurant, and it regularly hosts live music performances where the audience decides on the repertoire.

The entire venue can cater for up to 400 standing patrons or 160 seated. The drinks menu features all of the classic cocktails, meanwhile the food menu focuses on rolls with fillings such as crab, prawn and steak.

Reserve Bar Stock Exchange

Inspired by the money markets, the price of drinks at this bar changes depending on their popularity throughout any given evening – it is complete with a live market price board which outlines the cost of the beverages.

The bar spans three levels and it is compatible with a smartphone app, where patrons can check the live prices of drinks and order them from their table.

The Sterling

Located at the base of iconic London building The Gherkin, Late Night London venue The Sterling has recently been refurbished and delivers a more contemporary feel.

The glass-walled venue can host up to 400 guests and it is equipped with HD screens and state-of-the-art sound and lighting, as well as free wifi. Cocktail masterclasses are available for those looking to host an event with an activity.

All catering is handled in-house, however there is the option to bring caterers in for events.
