
Asylum Chapel, Peckham
Built in 1826, this former chapel is a grade II listed building and makes for an alternative, unique events space. After being bombed in WW2, the building has kept its trademark distressed look. The space is available for hire and can be used to host coporate events and press shows, as well as photographic and film shoots, exhibitions, private dinner parties and weddings.
St John-at-Hackney
This church's records date back to 1275, but the new church building was built in 1792 to cater for a larger number of visitors. Today, the historic venue has transformed into a flexible events space that has become well-known for its live music performances, featuring artists such as Ed Sheeran. With a capacity of 1,400, the church can host art exhibitions, fashion shows and themed events. It is situated in central Hackney, and hosts both an annual summer fete and winter market in its grounds.
Christ Church, Shoreditch
Christ Church is located in the heart of London's Shoreditch, opposite Spitalfields market. it was built between 1714 and 1729, and now hosts a number of private, corporate and charity events. Events management and catering for the venue is provided by Graysons Venues, and they offer services for both small, private meetings to larger receptions for up to 600 people.
The Crypt on the Green, Clerkenwell
The Crypt on the Green makes up part of St James' Church in Clerkenwell. It is split into three rooms - the crypt itself features as the main room, and can be booked for a range of events inlcuding exhibitions, film shoots, corporate meetings, product launches and parties. The two smaller rooms are available for more intimate gatherings, but can also work as break out spaces or green rooms for larger events.
