Quantum Leap Events owner Greg Lawson has formed a partnership with former Tate Catering CEO Ronin Bidgood that will see the latter take the reins at Smart Hospitality.
The two will work together on the business, which will focus on "commercial contracts at cultural and visitor attraction venues in the south of England".
The business will not work in the healthcare, education and manufacturing arenas.
The former Smart Hospitality business, under the stewardship of operations director Richard Gee, will now be known as Smart Event Catering.
