
Chris Walton and Richard Williamson have revealed that the new Bristol-based company has gone on to secure the contract to design and manage an annual incentive programme for the sales team of a blue chip insurance company.
W2 has also been tasked to organise an annual sales conference for 200 delegates, and the business highlighted new enquiries for the last three months since it launched are looking very positive.
Walton, W2’s event director, said: "With experience of working with both multi-national businesses and smaller regional companies, we’re in a position to offer a range of advice and services.
"We have a lot of fun in what we do and it’s incredibly rewarding to see the relief on a client's face when an event runs like clockwork and they can relax and enjoy it knowing that the planning and management is in the hands of an experienced professional."
Walton explained that he will be leading the client management side of the business, while Williamson, also an event director at W2, will deal with technical and logistics."We’ve been working together since 2004," Walton added. "We have a pool of additional specialists we can draw from to service any particular event. It’s a flexible and effective model that works well."
