
Gjonnes, the former Industri Management managing director, will be joined in the venture by commercial director Courtney Tuck and operations director Jason Nelhams. Nelhams will also continue his role as managing director of Dominican Republic dance music festival Groovefest.
The business will specialise in managing blank canvas venues. Gjonnes has plans to carry over professional relationships with some Industri Management clients and suppliers.

Blank Canvas has already secured contracts with a variety of venues in London, including ex-Industri Management space Purple Door in Piccadilly and Gracepoint in Islington.
Gjonnes said: "Our service is unrivalled, when it comes to providing the creative industries with fresh backdrops and settings within buildings that would normally not host these activities.
"Some members of the previous team are working at Blank Canvas and bring a wealth of experience over. We also have the in-house expertise and network, within the property sector, to be able to scout, source and activate properties into operational venues for the right brief."
Tuck added: "Over the past five months we have been mobilising the company, pitching to established property owners and developers and generating some very positive leads for new venues."
