The deal starts on Sunday 1 July during the first show of the new 19-episode series.
Forever Unique-branded sponsorship bumpers will air at the start and end of the programme as well as before and after ad breaks.
The deal was negotiated directly with Forever Unique by BSkyB sales house Sky Media for E! Entertainment Television, which is part of Universal Networks International.
'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' follows the glamorous lives of sisters Kim, Kourtney and Khloé, their mother Kris Jenner, stepfather Bruce Jenner and half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
The idents were made by Sassy Films and feature a Kim Kardashian lookalike wearing an elaborate Forever Unique dress.
Owen Pouncy, head of marketing at Forever Unique, said: "There's great synergy between our brand and the ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ series, with Forever Unique epitomizing the style and glamour that the show's target audience finds so appealing."
‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ is E!’s highest rating programme. The series starts in the UK and Republic of Ireland on Sunday and then airs in France from 28 September.
Paul Curtis, commercial director, Universal Networks International, said: "E! is a great sponsorship proposition for brands wanting to reach a young, female audience.
"‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ is the channel’s flagship series, and the premiere of season seven will provide the perfect environment for Forever Unique to promote their brand."
