Ford Transit’s first TV spot in more than four years resembles a music video and is narrated by Louis Mellis, known for his Formula One voiceover work. Blue Hive created the ad, which opens with a Transit van on a raised platform in an empty warehouse. As Mellis begins his Beat poetry-style voiceover, Transit’s range of vans, as well as their uses, are shown in a series of quick edits. The spot will air across Europe and is supported by print and outdoor executions. It was written by Luke Kelly, art directed by Camilla Herberstein and directed by Jan Wentz through Joyrider. Post-production was by Unit.
