LONDON - The Ford Motor Company has renewed its sponsorship of FA Premier League Football coverage on Sky Sports in a deal believed to be worth around £12m.
The deal, for the 2001-2002 season, marks the car giant's ninth successive year as exclusive broadcast sponsor for the 66 matches Sky bought the rights to for £1.1bn.
The agreement also includes sponsorship of Sky's live coverage of Scottish international football, Scottish league and Cup football, Republic of Ireland international football, international Rugby Union and US PGA Tour golf.
The package kicks off with the Fulham versus Manchester United game on August 19.
