Australia's national day is celebrated with gusto by ex-pat Aussies in the UK, aided annually by beer brand Foster's.
- This year Foster's owner, Scottish Courage, is to bring a little bit of Bondi to London's Trafalgar Square by installing an artificial beach.
- The event will feature former England spin bowler Phil Tufnell and Australian model and actress Annalise Braakensiek captaining cricket teams representing England and Australia.
- The beer brand has also organised 9000 parties to be held in pubs and clubs across the country.
