Five US recorded its highest weekly viewing share to date with 0.84%, beating Living, which attracted 0.82% of the audience.
Five US had five shows in the top 100 digital channel programme audiences last week and Fiver had seven.
Tuesday's episode of Fiver's Australian soap 'Home and Away' was last week's top programme broadcast by any commercial digital channel, with 714,000 viewers.
Fiver, which had a weekly share of 0.58%, showed four of the top 10 shows broadcast by any commercial digital channel last week.
Five's digital channels also achieved their largest weekly combined share yet recorded at 1.43% and their best four-weekly period for combined channel share of 1.31%.
Its combined channel share on Wednesday exceeded 2%, marking only the second time that the daily share has reached this level. The combined channel share exceeded 1% every day last week.
Five Life was rebranded as Fiver in April in an attempt to position it as a younger channel featuring new acquisitions and commissions including 'Generation Sex', 'Celebrity Rehab', 'Dirt', 'Sex and the City' and 'Ocean Force'.
Last month, Five moved its £5m ad account from VCCP to Grey London without a pitch as part of preparations to relaunch its core channel and Five US with refreshed branding and programming this autumn.
The plans were delayed because of the departure of chief executive Jane Lighting and managing director of content Lisa Opie.
