
Terrazza on the Thames
Venetian-inspired Thames-side pop-up Terrazza on the Thames opened last week and will remain in situ until 30 September. It will serve up a menu of Prosecco, Prosecco-based cocktails and wine, from Italian wine brand Bolla, and cicchetti (Venetian tapas) to be accompanied by live music at the Columbia Restaurant, Bar and Terrace, where it is located.

Summer Sky Riviera
Opening from 25 July to 2 September, Summer Sky Riviera is a six week installation located at Searcys The Gherkin, in partnership with Tanqueray No. Ten gin. It has been designed with the 1950s French riviera in mind and will offer a limited edition menu inspired by the region. Located on Level 40, it will offer 360-degree views across London and will be available to hire for private events.

Mr Fogg’s botanical garden
Victorian-inspired Mayfair bar Mr Fogg’s Residence has once again opened its quintessentially British outdoor garden this spring, complete with blooms, botanicals and bric-a-brac, including herbs, classical Italian terracotta and fairy lights. Guests will be able to enjoy an al fresco beverage, choosing from an array of Hendrick’s Gin-based cocktails, such as the Flavours of June-iper creation and Rhubarbians on the Ra-tan. The garden, which can host up to 25 guests for events, is expected to close around October.

Stamford Bridge’s pop-up garden
Chelsea Football Club’s ground Stamford Bridge is to open its pop-up summer garden later this month, with 550 sq ft of bookable space for events and parties. With the capacity for 150 people, the space features a fully-decked grassed lounge area with sofas, deckchairs and television screens, as well as a purpose built bbq area. The pop-up will be open from 30 May to 31 August.
